Data Request Purpose
All online data requests will be responded to with a phone call to the requesting party to determine specific needs and if a fee is required. If it is determined that additional resources , customized data, demographics, data/geographic visualization or data analysis is required, the request will incur a fee of at least $50, depending on the complexity of the request.

Child Care Data Analysis:

Basic data pull with minimal processing time (i.e., Facility Name, Location, Regulation Type, Facility Type, Licensed Capacity and Age Range).
BASIC + PREMIUM REQUEST - $50 Fee

Additional program data details such as: self-reported program information (e.g., Cost of care, Transportation, etc.), Accreditation Status, T.E.A.C.H. Sponsor, Subsidy, etc.).

Summary / organization of data request beyond Basic that requires additional processing.

Demand demographics (US Census, American Community Survey, etc.).
CUSTOM REQUEST - $100+ Fee (includes BASIC + PREMIUM)

Data Analysis (including meaningful insights, calculations or statistical analysis).
