Child Care Works is a cost-sharing approach designed to make child care more affordable for working families while strengthening workforce stability and supporting economic growth. Child Care Aware® of Missouri works with employers, economic development partners, and communities to explore and implement Child Care Works solutions. Through models such as Duo Share, Tri-Share, and Quad Share, the cost of child care is shared among partners including employers, employees, and community or philanthropic organizations. These flexible and scalable models allow communities and businesses to design solutions that address workforce needs, support employee retention, and expand access to child care.
