Home Energy Assistance
The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) provides families with assistance in home energy services, like heating and cooling costs.
Women, Infants, and Children Supplemental Benefits
Women, Infants, and Children Supplemental Benefits (WIC) provides supplemental food, health care referrals, nutrition education and breastfeeding promotion to eligible pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, infants and children up to age five. Fathers, grandparents, guardians, and foster parents may also apply for benefits for the children living in their household.
Nutritional Food Program
The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) assures that nutritious meals and snacks are served to children and eligible adults enrolled in child care centers, family child care homes, after-school programs, emergency shelters, and adult day care programs by providing reimbursement for meals that meet minimum nutritional standards.
Health Insurance
If you do not have health insurance or need help paying for your health care, you may be eligible for coverage through Missouri’s Medicaid program, called MO HealthNet.
